CAUSES OF STRESS

On a scale of 1-10 ( 10 the hightest ) evaluate your level of stress.

Emotional Stress: Caused by: death of someone who had meaning in your life, Parent, Spouse, etc.., relationship problems, parental guilt, grief and sorrow, loss of a good friendship (dumped by a good friend, or someone you did business with)  unresolved anger, the inability to give or recieve love, etc.

Mental Stress: Caused by: taking exams, financial worries, taking on more than you can get done in a day.

Chemical Stress: Caused by: too much coffee, too much junk food, smoking, too many aspirins or antibiotics, inhaling substances at the factory or office.

Physical Stress: Caused by: continually driving long distances, sitting in front of a computer for extended periods without breaks, workouts at the gym, etc.

Enviromental Stress: Caused by: bright lights over your desk, constant ringing of phones, machinery noise, cramped office space, etc.
